Both the RMK-1 and WMK-1 offer a secure installation of the QI 125.4 digital amplifier. 

RMK-1

The optional RMK-1 rack-mount kit for the QI 125.4 is engineered to support clean, secure installation within standard 19” equipment racks. The kit allows the QI 125.4 amplifier to be mounted using a rack ear and half-rack extension, enabling reliable fixing in a single rack space.

Correct installation ensures adequate airflow is maintained around the amplifier, with clearances at the sides and rear to support effective cooling during operation.

The connecting plate also allows two QI 125.4 amplifiers to be mechanically joined and installed together within a full-width rack space, providing a tidy and professional rack layout for multi-amplifier systems.

WMK-1

The QI 125.4 can be securely mounted to a wall or installed beneath a desk or bar using this connecting plate hardware, making it well suited to discreet installations where rack space is not available. This mounting approach allows the QI 125.4 to be positioned close to loudspeaker zones while keeping it out of sight.

When wall or under-desk mounted, the supplied adhesive rubber feet should be fitted to help reduce vibration between the amplifier and the mounting surface. Care must be taken to ensure that ventilation is not compromised in any orientation. The side-mounted cooling fans and rear ventilation openings must remain unobstructed at all times.

To maintain safe and reliable operation, a minimum clearance of 80 mm behind the amplifier and at least 25 mm along one side should always be provided, even in confined mounting locations.
